This specimen brings many characteristics that are rare to find, first thing we notice is the straight line on its center, it was possibly composed by another mineral which was dissolved with time and the chalcedony grew on it. Another rare characteristic of it is the perfect formation of the plate on a gorgeous Flower formation with the crystallization of the Amethyst happening at all the specimen.
How did this Amethyst Rosette form?
Inside the geode, millions of years ago the Crystal Quartz were growing and somehow an intense source of heat melted the "Crystal Seeds", these seeds started to re-grow in a flower (or plate) shape as we see here, mimicking nature.
This is a very rare and beautiful Amethyst Plate specimen, this quality is rare to find and its a one-of-a-kind, natural treasure that will be a showpiece for you or someone special.
