Bringing an unusual Geode Amethyst a one of a kind formation, large and deep purple points and Golden Goethite Inclusions (AKA Cacoxenite), this geode was sourced at the mine in my hometown Ametista do Sul, Brazil and definitely a AAA (or AKA Super Extra) specimen which I have no doubts that will look magnificent on your collection or decor.
The Druzy color of this Amethyst Cathedral is just phenomenal, the Deep Purple tone you see in this geode is the very sought after "Grape Jelly" purple and is as dark and deep as it gets, I'd describe it as if it was a mix of black with violet which the result would be this tone of purple.
The Geode formation of this Amethyst Cave is another highlight. With more than 21 inches tall and weighting 53 lbs (24 Kg), it brings a pointy shape geode which is natural as it gets, with no cement or reinforcement added to the specimen.
The Amethyst druzy points are all intact, and many of the points bring internal Goethite inclusions, making it even shinier as if it was a normal Amethyst. And the druzy forms in different formations, some formations are Amethyst Flowers, other ones look similar to a river made of Amethyst, just spectacular.
The Goethite inclusions are iron oxidized which grows like needles right before the Amethyst Quartz surrounded it, in the case of this specimen, the Goethite inclusions kept the natural goldish color, being very sparkly under the right light.
