Among the thousands of geodes unearthed in Brazil each year, this Gallery-Grade Amethyst Geode stands as a true rarity. A calcite crystal first took shape atop the agate base and, in a later geological stage, became completely coated in sparkling galaxy amethyst druzy. The result is a breathtaking natural masterpiece — a specimen that not only enriches any collection but also serves as a stunning décor statement, carrying an extraordinary geological story.
The calcite crystal takes center stage, perfectly positioned and entirely intact. Both the calcite and the surrounding geode are covered with galaxy amethyst crystals that exhibit an exquisite color spectrum, transitioning from soft lavender to deep violet and almost black hues.
Adding to its magnificence, the piece features goethite (cacoxenite) inclusions, which give the amethyst a radiant metallic sparkle and depth of character. The deep blue agate matrix forms a striking natural frame that enhances the contrast and directs the eye toward the glittering amethyst heart.
