Its combination of extra-large size, deep orange Cognac Citrine color, and an organic outline that feels powerful and refined makes this one of the finest Citrine Geode Wings mined in recent years.
The sculptural outline is one of its strongest highlights. The two halves mirror each other with elegant balance, opening upward like elongated wings in mid-flight, giving the piece height, symmetry, and fluid movement.
Inside, the geode reveals a multi-chambered interior where the Citrine druzy forms across natural cavities that connect organically. This creates depth and complexity, showcasing multiple stages of crystal growth with a rare architectural character.
A remarkable formation feature is the shift in druzy type as the chambers developed. The lower cavity displays Madeira Citrine with larger, sparkly points, while the upper chambers show finer Galaxy Citrine points, creating an intense shimmering surface.
