A superb and rare Brazilian Amethyst Geode, this collector-grade specimen is defined by its remarkable central crown formation, where larger gemmy violet crystals grow outward from the cavity and create a natural Amethyst Crown. This highly sought-after formation is found in only a handful of mines in Brazil, making a specimen like this especially desirable among serious mineral collectors.

The crown is the main highlight of the piece. Its crystals are noticeably larger than the surrounding druzy and grow outward in a sculptural arrangement, displaying beautiful violet-to-lavender tones with excellent translucency. Their perfectly formed faces catch the light from different angles, creating bright flashes across the formation and emphasizing the quality of the crystal growth.

Around the crown, the finer amethyst crystals become darker and denser, creating a natural frame that makes the central formation stand out even more. This contrast between larger gemmy points and smaller sparkling druzy gives the geode excellent depth and a very distinctive appearance.

The natural agate, quartz, and green basalt around the cavity remain part of the original formation, adding another layer of color and texture without taking attention away from the amethyst.
