Amethyst Geode with Rare Bi-Color Amethyst Formation (Deep Purple & Lavender)
Gorgeous and rare, this amethyst geode showcases an uncommon dual-zoned, bi-color druzy, combining deep purple and soft lavender tones within a beautifully formed cathedral shape. A true one-of-a-kind natural artwork, it brings both visual beauty and geological history to your space—whether as a highlight in a crystal collection or a distinctive amethyst centerpiece in your interior.
The first feature that captures attention is the druzy, which formed in a rare dual-toned growth. The lower portion displays larger, exceptionally high-quality points in a deep purple—almost black—while the upper section transitioned, due to an unusual geological event, into a soft lavender tone. In this upper area, the crystals grew sideways, revealing numerous double-terminated amethyst points. This dual-zoned formation is highly sought after by collectors and appears in only a small number of geodes, especially with crystal quality at this level.
Last but not least, the purple and blue banded agate and golden cacoxenite (golden goethite) matrix that surrounds the entire geode deserve special attention. Together, they form a spectacular natural frame that allows the amethyst to truly shine.
All of that plus the peace of mind of being an Ethically Sourced Geode. Please check the pictures to see more of it and feel free to message us in case you have any questions or particular requests. 🤍
